Fancy slipping on your Moonboots before winter officially sets in in Toulouse? La Friche Gourmande goes into winter mode and becomes your favorite urban ski resort, from October 28 in Gramont and November 4 in Montaudran! For the season, both addresses will be decorated in seventies or retro 90s style for an immersive experience in the world of winter sports. Just in time for the cold weather, you’ll be able to enjoy gondolas, igloos, braziers and raclettes just like in the mountains.
A decor that mixes disco atmosphere, giant ball, staff in jacquard sweaters and photocall will be there to immortalize your evening. Ideal for your own XXL chalet, with mountain burgers and hot cocktails in hand. All you have to do is book your gondola or igloo and enjoy the most Toulousian of ski resorts, without leaving the city.
Raclette and gondola experience at La Friche
As in every season, La Friche Gourmande reinvents its decor, and this year, winter makes a comeback in a chic, vintage resort version. Gramont deploys its 14 disco 70s gondolas on a 750m² heated terrace. Meanwhile, Montaudran opts for a retro 90s vibe with 13 igloos and 5 cozy gondolas. In the evening, photocalls and a giant disco ball await you for an atmosphere as festive as “Les Bronzés font du ski”.

The icing on the cake: every month, look forward to a real “Bronzés” evening, complete with snow cannon and DJ sets to make you feel (almost) at altitude. For gourmets, the ephemeral “Comment Savoie” restaurant brings the mountains back to the table: raclette, tartiflette and roast camembert accompanied by charcuterie, potatoes and salad galore. The irresistible mountain burger from “Les Mecs au Camion” will also be on the menu. Last but not least, for taste explorers, banh mi and Italian specialties will take to the sea, in a winter version.
Curling program, happy hour and winter party: what to do at La Friche Gourmande this winter?
The program at this snow-free ski resort is just as tasty as the decor. From the end of October onwards, don your mittens and throw stones on the curling rink, the hot activity of the moment. One Saturday a month, the Winter Party features DJ sets and a giant snow machine – a snow-covered summit atmosphere guaranteed. On the food front, mountain specialities and comfort food make a comeback, warming up evenings that are sure to be long and convivial. During the week, afterworks and happy hours offer the chance to relax over a themed cocktail or mulled wine.

Privatization enthusiasts can book their own chalet or igloo, and La Friche also offers themed evenings and comedy clubs to vary the pleasures. Finally, once a month, “Les Bronzés font du ski” will take center stage, with a prize draw and surprises for the truly nostalgic. In short, La Friche Gourmande is the winter HQ where you can eat, dance, curl and, above all, make memories on skis (or almost) in Toulouse.
