Les Canotiers, a floating guinguette: the ideal place for a summer experience in Toulouse
Since June 15, Les Canotiers guinguette has dropped anchor on the Quai de Tounis. This friendly spot is particularly appealing thanks to its 150 m² floating terrace and panoramic view over the Garonne. On the quayside, an additional 100 m² terrace welcomes Toulousans. It’s the ideal place to enjoy the sunset and the charm of Toulouse!
The setting is magical. With a view of the Pont Neuf, the rosy facades and the surrounding greenery… It’s the perfect setting for an evening out with friends or a romantic date. This guinguette, open Tuesday to Sunday from 5 p.m. to midnight, is ideal for those looking for a soothing, intimate venue, with no reservation necessary!

Relaxation, gastronomy and signature cocktails on the Garonne River
On the menu, Les Canotiers focuses on quality and freshness. The chef offers a short but refined selection: burrata on caponata, beef tataki “tigre qui pleure” style, or a plank of Serrano ham with pan con tomate.
To accompany these dishes, the drinks menu features creative cocktails, wines and softs. The signature cocktail, the “Venezia Martini”, invites you on a gustatory voyage between floral gin, Chambord, cranberry, lemon and prosecco. The musical ambience, with its mix of bossa nova, lounge and jazz, enhances the experience.
One thing’s for sure: Les Canotiers is the place to be this summer in Toulouse. For an unforgettable evening on the water, head for the Quai de Tounis!
