No need to head to the Pyrenees for a mountain getaway! Starting November 3, 2026, the Friches Gourmandes in Gramont and Montaudran will be getting into the winter spirit with gondolas, igloos, melt-in-your-mouth raclette, and evenings under the snowflakes. Two different atmospheres, but the same promise: to bring the vibe of ski resorts to the heart of the “Pink City.”
At Gramont: gondolas, a disco ball, and après-ski parties
For its second winter, La Friche Gramont is thinking big. On its 750 m² terrace, 14 gondolas that can accommodate 2 to 7 people invite you to soar to new heights—without leaving Toulouse. Inside, it’s all about the ’70s, with a giant disco ball, a photo op, and retro decor adorning the 450 m² main hall.
On the food front, fans of melted cheese will find raclette, tartiflette, and roasted Camembert from Comment Savoie, the season’s pop-up restaurant. Les Mecs au Camion are also bringing back their “Burger Montagnard” to the menu, while Banh Mì Viet adds a Vietnamese touch to this little winter village.
And because the mountains are about more than just the slopes, two new features are set to spice up the evenings: karaoke sessions—featuring songs, battles, and quizzes—as well as “Après-Ski XXL,” with DJ sets, a saxophonist, an outdoor bar in the style of a mountain resort, and snow cannons. It’s enough to make you feel like you’re at a ski resort without even having to put on your skis!

In Montaudran, an igloo village for dinner under the snowflakes
Head southeast of Toulouse for a different take on winter. At La Friche Montaudran, 13 igloos that can accommodate 2 to 8 people are set up across 750 m² of outdoor space, complete with a snowmobile to round out the scene. It’s the perfect setting to enjoy a unique dinner with friends, family, or as a couple.
On the menu are the must-try mountain classics: the “Burger Montagnard,” raclette, tartiflette, and roasted Camembert. But cravings for flavors from afar aren’t forgotten either. Cocorita delights with its wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, made with a long-fermented dough. The new addition this season is “Quand Claudine,” which offers home-style Lebanese cuisine featuring hummus, tabbouleh, and falafel.
Once a month, the Winter Parties take over with DJ sets under the snowflakes. A great reason to extend the evening after dinner!

Raclette, happy hour, and DJ sets: practical information
To enjoy this winter getaway without breaking the bank, you can rent a gondola or an igloo for €10 per person for two hours. In the mood for a real mountain-style evening? The raclette package is priced at €23 per person, featuring 250 g of cheese, 200 g of cold cuts, and all-you-can-eat potatoes and salad.
At both locations, after-work gatherings and happy hour run from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. DJ sets begin at 10 p.m.: Thursday through Saturday at Montaudran, and Fridays and Saturdays at Gramont. The schedule also includes comedy clubs, darts tournaments, live broadcasts of soccer and rugby matches, and themed nights. At the bar, mulled wine, Génépi, seasonal cocktails, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages round out the lineup.
In short, Les Friches Gourmandes are the go-to winter hangouts where you can eat, dance, and—above all—make memories right in Toulouse, skis on your feet (or almost).
