In Blagnac, it’s not every day you get to dance at the foot of a supersonic jet. For one night only, the Aeroscopia museum is swapping guided tours for a sound system and five guest artists kept secret until the very last moment.
Since 2013, the Toulouse-based collective Plein Phare has made a habit of unearthing venues that, at first glance, bear no resemblance to a concert hall: bunkers, abandoned lots, hangars. This time, it’s the Aeroscopia Museum—Toulouse’s aviation sanctuary—that’s hosting the sixth edition of Aeronautic Rave Museum on Saturday, October 17, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Aeronautic Rave Museum at Aeroscopia: 1,700 people, three giants of the skies, and five special guests
The museum features an 8,000 m² hangar with a capacity of 1,700 people. The setting is truly one-of-a-kind: the Concorde, the A380, and the A400M take center stage, illuminated for the occasion by light installations designed to highlight their silhouettes.

Headlining the event, Sköne promises an all-night set. Based in Montpellier, the DJ and producer cut his teeth in acidcore before developing his own sonic identity, which he’s dubbed “outre-acid”: a way to break free from genre labels and weave between melodic passages and more rave-inspired moments throughout the night.
Five guest artists will round out the lineup, though no names have been revealed yet. According to the organizers, some are regulars on major European stages, while others haven’t performed in Toulouse for several years—a way to keep the suspense going until the night of the event. To give you an idea of the caliber of the event, last year’s edition featured Étienne de Crécy and Protokseed.
