From March 27 to 29, the MEETT in Toulouse will host a new edition of the Salon Occ’Ygène, an event dedicated to nature tourism, outdoor activities, and van life. Over three days, more than 270 exhibitors will gather to share their destination ideas, advice, and experiences.
The goal is simple: to allow visitors to compare offers, refine their preferences, and plan customized trips, whether it’s a weekend in nature, a cycling trip, or a more distant adventure.
Travel ideas for every taste

As they wander through the booths, visitors will discover a wide variety of destinations and travel experiences. This year, Spain will be in the spotlight, with several regions showcasing their landscapes and itineraries.
But the fair is obviously not limited to a single region. Several French destinations will also be present, notably in the southwest and in Occitanie, including departments such as Lot, Aveyron, Gers, and Dordogne. And for those dreaming of traveling farther afield, a few international destinations will also be featured, including Canada, Tunisia, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
Between destination showcases and conferences offering practical advice and firsthand accounts, the event aims above all to be a source of inspiration for planning your next getaways.
Meet-and-greets with adventurers, van life, and outdoor experiences

Beyond the booths, the fair also offers numerous opportunities to connect around the theme of travel. A space dedicated to van life, for example, will allow visitors to explore the world of van road trips—a travel style that is gaining popularity for its freedom and independence.
Visitors can also gather in the Travelers’ Meeting Space – Grandeur Nature, designed as a 400-square-meter campsite . Conferences, interviews, and discussions with experienced travelers will cover topics such as cycling trips, women’s adventure travel, and preparing vehicles for long-distance expeditions.
Several guests will also be in attendance, including Toulouse-based ultra-trail runner Thierry Corbarieu, who will present his World Tour with Dad project on Saturday at 2 p.m., as well as freediving world champion Guillaume Bourdila, who will meet the public on Sunday late morning.
From introductions to outdoor activities, an organized hike on Saturday morning, gourmet workshops, and a big contest to win getaways, this weekend promises to inspire you to plan your next adventure.
