On the left bank of the Garonne, the “Pink City” is about to turn anthracite gray—just for one evening. Candlelight: Peaky Blinders is coming to Toulouse, at the Chapel of the Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Jacques University Hospital.
Candlelight has made a habit of paying tribute to major series: Bridgerton, Outlander, and even WB Horror have already been featured by candlelight. But this time, it’s the Shelbys’ turn.

For those who may have missed the episode (and the six seasons): Peaky Blinders is the BBC series created by Steven Knight, which aired from 2013 to 2022, following the Shelby family in 1920s Birmingham, an industrial city in central England—a story that was continued in 2026 with the film *The Immortal Man*. Its trademark? A soundtrack that blends modern rock with an era of flat caps and pocket watches. The result is dark, powerful arrangements, tailor-made for candlelight.
You’ll hear “Red Right Hand” by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds—the show’s theme song—and “Do I Wanna Know?” by the Arctic Monkeys. About an hour, thousands of candles. The stage is set.
No dress code, but we wouldn’t say no to a newsboy cap, a vest, and a pocket watch.
Dates and tickets haven’t been announced yet, but by signing up for the waitlist, you’ll be among the first to be notified and will have access to presale tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
