Since June 8, 2025, the Petit Train Touristique du Tarn has been open to the public for cross-country rides! Located just half an hour from Toulouse, these train rides await you for an original activity! So, if you still don’t have a program for this summer, here’s a good plan to try out with the whole family.
Trains like no other
Crossing the Agout valley, the Petit Train Touristique du Tarn welcomes you for a 40-minute ride along the rails of a disused railroad. Aboard, you’ll be able to admire spring and summer landscapes for an original activity close to Toulouse.
Grab your tickets, these unique little trains are waiting for you at the Saint Lieux lès Lavaur station. They’ll take you close to the Salles sur l’Agout viaduct, at the foot of the pottery village of Giroussens. The route has been lengthened compared to 2024, with a 130 m long viaduct! It’s a great way to get away from it all!
