From October 30 to November 1, the MEETT will host the Vins & Terroirs and Chocolat & Gourmandises fairs. After attracting nearly 34,000 visitors last year, this year’s events will feature 335 exhibitors. Tastings, meetings with producers, and unexpected discoveries: plenty of reasons to take your time as you wander among the booths.
Wineries from all over France, quality products, and ideas to take home

The fair lets you discover, in just a few aisles, regions that you rarely visit in a single day. Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Languedoc-Roussillon are well represented, joined by the Jura, Savoie, Corsica, and Provence. Cognac makes a comeback, and the journey extends all the way to Argentina, Chile, and Italy. As for regional specialties, artisans have been selected for the quality and originality of their products: alongside foie gras and charcuterie from Lacaune, this year’s offerings include Kobe beef, Japanese black garlic, and rose vinegar—enough to spark new culinary ideas.
For lovers of fine wines, the Vinestim auction will take place on Saturday, October 31, starting at 2 p.m., on the mezzanine of Hall 1. It features 400 lots, ranging from grand crus to more affordable bottles.
On the chocolate front, Toulouse-based brands like Bello & Angeli and Frédéric Lopez are in the mix, joined by three newcomers making their debut at the fair: Saveurs de Cao, Jakao, and l’Atelier des Desserts. You’ll also discover O’Bomb chocolate spheres: simply melt them in hot milk to make hot chocolate—an idea that comes at just the right time as October draws to a close! And to keep the sweet tooth satisfied at home, Mam’s Cook prepares tarts, madeleines, and chocolate creams live every day, sharing tips on how to recreate them at home.
Sommelier competition, workshops, and a late-night session: a fair that comes alive around the wine glasses

The big new feature of this year’s event is the Occitanie–Sud de France Sommelier Battle. Open to both wine tasting clubs and enthusiasts, participants compete in three timed challenges: pairing a wine with a dish, serving a wine, and identifying a wine through tasting. Two semifinals take place each afternoon, at 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., followed by a final at 5:00 p.m.
For those who’d rather learn than just look, workshops are also offered: “Art of Wines” for the basics of wine tasting, “Papilles & Cocktails” for an introduction to mixology, and an introduction to cheese with a master cheesemaker.
And for those who like to extend their evening, the fair stays open until 9:30 p.m. on Friday, October 30, with a late-night event featuring a banda. For lunch or dinner on-site, three restaurants are available, including Maison Micouleau, which specializes in duck, and the pop-up restaurant Maison Pergo, featuring an Italian menu. Parking for 4,000 vehicles is free.
