Base nautique de la Reynerie: free paddle and aquabike for all
Inaugurated in 2023, the Base Nautique de la Reynerie has quickly established itself as a must for water sports in the heart of the city. This summer, from July 3 to August 29, 2025, it welcomes Toulousans aged 8 and over to discover paddleboarding, aquabiking and canoeing without spending a cent. No equipment? Don’t worry, everything is ready on site, with professional supervision to ensure safety and fun learning.
Located just a few minutes from the Reynerie metro station, the base offers a pleasant setting with its calm lake and green spaces. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, activities are open from Tuesday to Saturday from 3pm, offering a cool, sporty break from the heat.
A lively summer around the lake
In addition to paddle and aquabike, the water sports center is part of an ecosystem of free activities. The “Un été au bord du lac” (Summer by the lake) program enhances your experience with open-air film screenings, concerts and workshops for young and old. While sports enthusiasts play 3×3 basketball or take advantage of the nearby parkour courses, children have fun in the aqualudic areas equipped with refreshing water games.
