2024 marks the 20th anniversary of the death of Claude Nougaro, the singer so beloved by the people of Toulouse. Concerts, exhibitions and other events have punctuated the last few months to commemorate the artist. This is probably the most poignant place to pay tribute. At the corner of rue Pargaminières and rue Valade , you can admire a gigantic black-and-white portrait of the poet. Since March 2024, Place Saint-Pierre has been adorned with a new, sublime photo of Claude Nougaro. A must-see.
