To restore the region to its former glory, explore the world of flavors with the Place Gourmande cooking workshops: sharing and tasting live recipes using products from local producers and chefs.You’ll also be able to meet Les Meilleurs Ouvriers de France at the Place Gourmande, where they’ll offer you a culinary tour of Occitanie’s flavours. Various food trucks will also be on hand for a tasty pre-holiday journey.
