A restaurant at the foot of Pont Saint-Pierre and a terrace that seems to float on the Garonne: here’s Odom, the new address that’s making Toulouse’s heart beat faster. Inaugurated in August 2025, this place imagined by the founders of Campagne, Bamboche, Buvette and Hortùs has taken up residence at 26 rue du Pont Saint-Pierre. Their promise? Sincere cuisine that imaginatively celebrates the South in a luminous setting. With its spectacular view of the Dôme de la Grave, Odom has already established itself as the place to be to watch the Toulouse sunset, glass of wine in hand.
Odom: a unique terrace and inspired cuisine
Facing Toulouse’s most emblematic landmark, Odom is as much about the view as the food. At the helm of the kitchen, young chef Arthur Rouland, formerly of Hortùs, makes a point of sublimating the product without distorting it. On the menu, we’ve seen a small spelt risotto with mushrooms and garlic cream, a melting saithe topped with cauliflower beurre blanc, or a delicate dessert with pear, cinnamon and tonka bean. But be warned, the menu changes regularly.

Taste is also soul. The establishment, run by Léopold and Yannis Bach (Campagne, Buvette, Bamboche), Clément Lessoud (Hortùs) and Mélanie Ferreira, combines conviviality and high standards. Their ambition? To create a link between gastro-creativity and the bistro spirit of the South. The light-filled premises combine blond wood, soft shapes and rosy hues, like an echo of the pink city. And on the 45-seat terrace, you can dine with the Garonne in the foreground and the Dome on the horizon.
An experience that appeals to everyone
Beyond the menu, Odom is also an invitation to enjoy Toulouse in a different way. In the dining room, the gentle service is a reminder that conviviality is the name of the game here. The elegant yet peaceful atmosphere makes it a haven of peace for lunches and dinners with friends. In the kitchen, the South expresses itself in all its diversity: from the South-West to the Mediterranean, sometimes with a touch of Asia. A culinary melting pot.

In short, Odom is more than a restaurant: it’s a declaration of love to Toulouse and its beautiful Dôme. To its sunsets, to its local produce, to its art of living. It’s the address that sums up everything the Garonne has to offer, both on the plate and in the panorama!
