Since its launch in 2022, the Rose Festival has rapidly established itself as a key event on the Toulouse music scene. Faced with the absence of a major festival in our beautiful Ville Rose, brother-rappers Bigflo and Oli decided to take matters into their own hands. The authors of “Dommage” have created their own festival! They are organizing it in collaboration with their association, Rose, which promotes culture among young people. And success was not long in coming: the very first edition of the festival was sold out, and it has since grown to the size it deserves.
The Rose Festival program will turn Toulouse upside down
In 2024, the Rose Festival promises to be even grander, taking over the MEETT for four days of unforgettable concerts. The new exhibition center is just 20 minutes from the center of Toulouse. The Program is impressive: rap icons such as MC Solaar, Booba, PLK, Niska, Zola, Dadju, and Tayc will be present, not forgetting Bigflo and Oli who will be putting on a special home show. The festival also showcases many promising local talents, future stars of the rap game.
However, the Rose Festival is not limited to hip-hop and urban music. The spotlight will be on French chanson, with southwestern poet Francis Cabrel and the talented Pomme. On the electro side, expect to dance like you’re in a club with Nina Kraviz and Justice. And that’s not all: Georgio, Jain and Tiken Jah Fakoly are also part of this exceptional line-up. As you can see, the Rose Festival 2024 promises to be a musical event not to be missed!
