Summer guinguettes and restaurants with temporary terraces…Summer is full of charms that don’t last. One of these is Turbine, an ephemeral restaurant with terrace offering a spectacular view of the Grave dome. Open since May 24, 2025 for a 4th season, this is one of the pink city’s hottest addresses (along with Les Canotiers, of course). If this place is ideal for a romantic outing, it’s even more so for admiring the fireworks on July 13! Toulouse Secret tells you more about what could well be THE place to be in July.
Turbine, the ephemeral restaurant with terrace from which to watch the fireworks in Toulouse
Ideally located on the terrace of the EDF Bazacle spaces in Toulouse, the Turbine ephemeral restaurant offers visitors a breathtaking view of the Grave dome. Open since May 24, 2025, this gourmet restaurant will delight you all summer long with tasty dishes prepared with fresh produce.
In the 400 m² outdoor area of this ephemeral restaurant with terrace, you can enjoy ham croquettes at 9€ or a lamb Pastilla confit (28€). On the thirsty side, you’ll be served with an extensive menu of cocktails and mocktails from 11am to midnight. And since the rare is precious, we urge you to spend a lovely summer evening on this ephemeral terrace facing the La Grave dome, one of Toulouse’s must-see sights.

And that’s not all! Turbine has a special surprise in store for you. On Sunday July 13, 2025, you’ll be able to enjoy an exceptional dinner while taking in Toulouse’s best view of the fireworks. We’d advise you to keep your eyes peeled on Instagram. Reservations are likely to be snapped up at lightning speed! What we know so far: the menu will be created by 3 talented chefs (including 2 “meilleurs ouvriers de France”), using 6 hands. The menu will cost €65, with a €15 supplement for a wine pairing. The menu in question gives pride of place to iodized flavors and the sea. Judge for yourself:
- EN BOUCHE: Gillardeau n°3, Black lemon, Kalamansi vinegar, Lemon marmalade, Shiso
- ENTRÉE: Confit of lean meats with olive oil and verbena, Salad of fried salicornia, Summer fruit, Vinaigrette with aniseed-flavored bone juice
- MAIN COURSE: Breton lobster risotto, Grilled blue lobster, Carcass jus, Tarragon oil
- DESSERT: Honey-roasted apricots, Lemon balm light cream, Almond ice cream, Bergamot gel, Candied lemon Streusel
