Racines is a great concept for an ephemeral guinguette that made its comeback at the foot of the Giant Ferris Wheel on May 23, 2025. Thanks to its shaded terrace, you can sit down with friends at the end of the day to admire the reflections of the sunset on the Garonne and enjoy an incredible view of the Quai de la Daurade.

The Museau Musette guinguette opened in May 2024 at the Maison éclusière Matabiau on the banks of the Canal du Midi. Restaurant, refreshment bar and terraces in a bucolic, rural setting by the water.
